Stackable Washing Machine Can This Part Of A Washing Machine Be Replaced And Is It Harmful?

Can this part of a washing machine be replaced and is it harmful? - stackable washing machine

It is a stackable washer, round glass door opens (not from above but from the side like a refrigerator). The lower circle in a rubber coating that smells of mold and look at all like my Tennants are stored in wet clothes, as expected, while the rubber has started to mold. Is this a piece that can be replaced and is detrimental to the washing machine before being replaced in the interior? I have to pay for it?

If the rubber gasket can and must be replaced.
Would you laundry in the machine? This should give you the path.
If not the machine that does not pay for the repair. But you can transfer data to your schedule 1040 E claim, in the repair.

It is not too difficult to replace. I would change only for the owner / tenant relationship. breakdown of the Executive Board at the time, and finally the top down to avoid leaks, stop right there and happiness: 0) make
